NEED TO CANCEL APPOINTMENT?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

LATE ARRIVALS FOR APPOINTMENTS

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

REFUNDS ON COURSES

All packages courses are non refundable as soon as package is agreed at the point of sale between the business & clients or students is final.

Students must provide accurate information regarding their current education to all us to ensure all course quotes are accurate and reliable. 

Failure to do so may result in delays between progression routes for students who provide inaccurate information.

All students should confirm with insurance if they are eligible to progress into advanced courses before booking.
